The Graphic Design program is an anchor program in the School of Design, which includes cross-disciplinary programs in User Experience Design, and Game Design. The primary responsibilities for this position are the teaching of undergraduates and the development of new and existing coursework. We are in the process of building graduate degrees in Graphic Design and presently have graduate degrees in Experience Design, Human-centered Design and joint programs with the College of Communication in Digital Communication Media Arts and with the School of Computing in Human Computer Interaction. Other responsibilities will include contributing to the program's extracurricular student groups; supporting the school's design speaker series; and strengthening our external networks and connections in the field. Start date for these positions is August 1, 2019. The ideal candidate for the Interactive Design position (415080) will have extensive professional, creative-industry experience in traditional print and digital graphic design media.
